RELAX and REVITALIZE

Join us for 75 minutes of Traditional Yoga! An ideal class for all levels and all ages. Asanas are performed slowly with the breath.  Build strength, flexibility and release stress. This class will take you beyond the physical practice leaving you completely relaxed and rejuvinated. 

The class is a DROP IN CLASS and is taught by Neeru P.
