GENTLE HATHA YOGA- All levels

This is a 75 minutes class based on Sivananda Tradition. You will be doing gentle stretches and yoga asanas to release tension and increase flexibility. An ideal for beginners or if you have some physical limitations. This class will slowly help you build strength, breathe better and calm the mind. You will learn basic Pranayama (yogic breathing) and meditation to bring everything to the centre.

All levels and ages are welcome.

The class is a DROP IN CLASS and is taught by Manisha
