Relax & Renew!
Gentle stretches and simple yoga asanas using yoga props (bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets, pillows and straps) to release tension. Each supported pose is held for 5 minutes to still the fidgety body and to calm the rambling mind. A perfect yoga class to bring everything to the center and feel relaxed and renewed!
Ideal class for everyone. Advanced students will be challenged as they realize that just because the body is resting quietly on the props does not mean the mind will be still!
