Yoga Nidra is am ancient art of conscious deep relaxation while staying awake! It allows you to begin to experience the flow of prana in your physical and subtle bodies. you can then identify and release blockages to the prana to flow, thereby bringing healing to our deepest emotions. While the body is asleep, the mind is an active participant in the healing process. The entire class can be summed up in four steps:
1. Physical relaxation
2. Connection with your inner self
3. Creation and visualization of your sankalpa/innermost profound desires
4. Manifestation of physical, emotional and spiritual wellness
Yoga Nidra can be done by anyone, with any level of ability and any age. You don't need any prior yoga experience. All you need is a quiet space to lie down!
Yoga Nidra has proven results on PTSD, physical pains due to arthritis, cancer, injuries etc., Menstrual disorders, Diabetes Mellitus, Post heart attack care, children with ADHD etc.
