Yin Yoga involves stretching of connective tissue around the joints (mainly knees, pelvis, sacrum and spine). It is a passive and gentle yoga practice which involves variations of seated and supine yoga poses. these poses are held for about 3-5 minutes to access deeper layers of fascia.
