Our teachers see themselves and the students as one, and in that non duality (advaita), all action turns into inaction. The teaching just flows with a beautiful exchange of energy!

This is a REGULAR HATHA YOGA class but just at a lower cost as our payback and our service to the community. The word “Karma” means selfless service and is not a name of any style of yoga.
