90 minutes of Traditional Yoga, where you will learn the foundations of yoga asanas, along with the correct alignment of both body and mind. Pranayama (yogic breathing) is an important part of this class.

In every class, Alycia Ho, will guide you about the underlying principles of Asanas and Pranayama, which will help you in getting the maximum benefits from your practice.

This is a Drop-In class ad there is no need for registration.
