Kids Yoga

Yoga, mindfulness and relaxation for kids. Interactive adventures which build strength, balance and confidence - and get kids into yoga and mindfulness early in life.

Bring your kids after school for 1 hour of Traditional Yoga, where they will learn yogic breathing techniques to calm down their mind after school, build concentration and focus in school and all other activities. Yoga asanas are taught in a playful fun manner yet with correct alignment and with focus on the breath. Your kids will also learn different meditation techniques.

Class led by: Manisha Mehta.

Kids from 6-16 years of age are welcome. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Yoga has proven scientifically and medically to alleviate ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, any Trauma and improve memory, concentration, playfulness.
