EDMONTON’S EXCLUSIVE TRADITIONAL YOGA STUDIO

Traditional Yoga typically is Hatha style yoga done at room temperature. Each class comprises of a sequence of slow paced asanas, holding each asana for 1-2 min while focusing on the breath and ultimately letting go of any tension in both body and mind. after the asana practice, students are made to do yogic breathing exercises (Pranayama), followed by few minutes of meditation to absorb the newly created energy and bring it all to the centre!

All classes are of up to 20 students so that individual attention is given to each student for adjustments and proper alignment.

Classes are suitable for all levels and all ages.
